Access & login
After completing your purchase you receive an email with your login credentials and access link. If you didn't receive it within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact us with your order email so we can resend it.
Billing
The Longevity Lab is a one-time payment. If you see an unexpected charge or need a receipt, email us with the last four digits of the card used and the purchase date and we will investigate promptly.
Refund requests
Refund requests can be submitted within 7 days of purchase by writing to contact@infowallet-us.com with the subject line "Refund request".
Technical issues
For playback problems, missing lessons or platform errors, include your browser, device and a screenshot when possible. This helps us resolve the issue faster.
